Completed in May of 2020, and built to the "Best" standard, Fernhill Crossing is a 23-unit 'missing middle' development in the Cully neighborhood of Northeast Portland, named for nearby Fernhill park. The project features three renovated existing homes, four two-bedroom apartments, five one-bedroom apartments, and ten lofted two-bedroom townhomes.

Shift is a planned 73-unit apartment project in North Portland just blocks from our project. The transit-oriented building is two blocks from the Killingsworth MAX stop- a trip downtown is just 20 minutes away. Portland Community College, the Adidas Corporate Campus and the Mississippi business district are all nearby.

Designed by , brookLAND is a 166-unit apartment project in SE Portland's Brooklyn neighborhood. The building leverages a uniquely shaped site by providing several atriums with outdoor vantage points available at every floor. Focused on resident’s wellness, most units will have light and air on both sides, providing an unparalleled living experience.
brookLAND will also include a tea house, a sauna, a fitness center, a building lounge and workspace, and a roof deck.

Analog PDX is a planned 134-unit development in North Portland, near the Broadway Bridge. With incredible access to the street-car, MAX light rail, bike lanes and sidewalks, the project is a multi-modal transportation dream. All of the units in the building feature efficient floor plans, and many include built-in furniture. Designed by this project will be built to the "Best" standard.

The Bridgetown is an eco-friendly building in the Beaumont Village neighborhood of NE Portland that includes 50 apartments and five retail spaces. Completed in 2017 with a ‘best’ certification from the Energy Trust of Oregon, the building was designed to be a low energy consumer.

Analog Tacoma is an opportunity zone project in the heart of downtown Tacoma, Washington. Just two blocks from the convention center and immediately adjacent to the University of Washington campus, Analog is well positioned to be a great contribution to an already vibrant area.
The 115-unit building includes a gym, workspace, a community room, media room, and a rooftop deck. In order to keep gross rents at accessible price levels, all of the units in the building feature efficient floor plans and many include built-in furniture. The project has been financed through an Opportunity Zone fund raised directly by Ethos.
