We’re shining a light on another one of our amazing team members, Trisha!

We asked Trisha what her favorite part of her job is AND her favorite hobby outside of work. Here’s what she shared:

Favorite part of her job:

No two days look the same, and I genuinely enjoy that. As COO, I get to work through complex challenges and keep things moving forward. What really stands out, though, is seeing our team collaborate effectively — internally and with our partners — to bring projects to life in a way that feels seamless for our clients. And there’s something deeply satisfying about seeing a completed space, knowing it’s the finishing touch on a development that’s been years in the making.

Favorite hobbies outside of work:

I’m currently deep in what I call ‘chaos gardening’ with my partner and two-year-old — highly unpredictable, zero respect for the original plan, but endlessly enjoyable. The project is never done, but we’re learning a lot along the way.

We are grateful for all that Trisha brings to our team!

We asked Meghan what her favorite part of her job is AND her favorite hobby outside of work. Here’s what she shared:

Favorite part of her job: Collaborating with designers and vendors to bring projects to life. I really enjoy taking something complex and creating order around it, especially when you can see everything come together in the final installation.

Favorite hobbies outside of work: When I’m not working, I love traveling and exploring new cities with my husband, especially walking through different neighborhoods and taking in the architecture and design details that make each building unique.
