This weekend, I had an amazing experience at the SOS, learning from exceptional colleagues and friends! It was also a great opportunity for a Nike campus tour.👟👟🏃‍♀️

It was great to be a part of such a great crew for the 2nd annual ASMST and ISMST Conference in Boston the past few days. I continue to learn so much from this group!! Thanks to everyone who came out! I am already looking forward to the ISMST meeting in Madrid this year and next years ASMST meeting.

Had an amazing time at the GFFC Congress and Adidas tour in Germany and met some wonderful people! We were even able to squeeze in some Christmas markets. Onward to Vienna!

Super proud of this one! It may not have been the time I wanted, but the obstacles in this race were unlike any other and there were so many times I just wanted to call it a day. However, I’m really glad I pushed through to the finish! What an amazing experience! 🌺❤️

One more sleep until race day!! 😳🌺 Bike is ready to go… hopefully so am I! Let’s do this!
