Full disclosure y’all.
I have been going through a transformation. Yes, I’m just about in menopause but that is NOT what I am talking about here.
After my brother passed in middle of pandemic I started to loose myself. I didn’t deal with my grief or loss the way I should have. Instead thinking as long as I’m moving forward I’m ok.
And so I kept moving….forward.
Only to continue to lose myself loss after loss after loss. You see because I didn’t take care of myself when I should have, the universe just kept kicking me while I was down. Or kicking me the second I got up. But you know what I did…yup, I kept moving forward, less and less myself but still moving forward.
Then the universe went in with one swift give-it-all-you-got shot and knocked me out😵-what happened is my business but IYKYK.
I woke up one day and called someone who would hear me and I said the words “I’m not ok. I need help” and she was THERE and has been every step or crawl of the way-so did the universe. Immediately I got in touch with three specialists in their field who helped get me on my feet and on a journey to literally rebuild myself back piece by piece.
To motivate me I had a vision in my head of myself, with the light turned back on. I know what that looks like and you-out there viewing this photo-THIS is the first time in four years I see MYSELF. Sara-with her light back on and her heart open and her eyes with vision and fire in them again.
I have so much more to share with you because this Sara’s journey is just beginning😉 Stay tuned….

I know that being a Mama doesn’t automatically mean my kids are going to love me, thats earned. And its hard work! I have to be equally strong and tender, strict and kind, protective and willing to let go. The reward though is, they love me back. THAT is my greatest achievement, the GREATEST gift ever. To feel my boys love.
To all the Moms and Mom figures out there…I admire and appreciate everything you do. HMD!!!
And bc my boys won’t let me post any current photos of them…🙄 (teenagers) here’s an oldie but goodie and sums up what my heart feels when I hold my boys, can you see the Mama Bear here? I know I can.

Ok so here’s whats up, I’m at my heaviest weight yet and literally I have very little in my closet that fits. Its been making me really sad and feeling down on myself but dresses are my best friend right now, they fit and FEEL good. I found this fun dress and great jacket on so I rented them and am so happy to feel pretty for a weekend away with my hubby. Lesson here…its SO important to have clothes in your closet that Fit you and FEEL great! Do what you gotta do, even if that means you rent some pieces while you work on your fitness and health, like I am. Grateful for Nuuly rental service to get me through.
