In August we thought," We need a vacation somewhere nice and cool". So we chose to go to the Olympic Mountains which was such a great choice and we didn't even know how much of a experience it would be. The mountains and scenery there would just leave you breathless every time you glance into the vast landscape of mountains with pine trees and snowcapped summits.

On a cloudy weekend in Portland we wanted to go out to see the wonders of nature so we packed up and went to summit Wildcat Mountain near Mount Hood. When we got there it was very foggy and snowcapped so every step you take makes a whole new landscape with many surprises.

It was a snowy day in Portland and I wanted to go up to Mt. Tabor to capture the scenic winter wonderland and I took photos of the snow through objects.

After reviewing the shots my eye caught this one and realized how perfect it was. A snowy heart! It is a perfect resemblance of my love for climbing and the future I will have with the outdoors and the potential career out of it.
