🎨 Now booking select mural and painting projects for 2026!

Hey everyone! I’m Rebecca, the artist behind RVOL Creative, a New England–based mural and painting studio.

Over the past few years I’ve completed 60+ murals across New England, partnering with hospitality, wellness, retail, office, short-term rental, and residential clients to create work that feels intentional, expressive, and thoughtfully integrated into its space.

I specialize in custom murals, hand-painted signage and lettering, window painting, and standard interior/exterior painting. My style tends to be bold and intuitive with layered, site-specific compositions, and I also work comfortably within established brand systems and architectural constraints when a project calls for it.

With 7+ years of professional experience, I bring both creative leadership and technical precision to every project — from surface prep and mockups through final coats and finish work. Art that looks good and holds up.

📅 2026 booking notes:

– Typical timeline is ~4 weeks, depending on scope
– A deposit secures dates on the calendar
– Available throughout Maine and New England

If you’re thinking ahead to a project for 2026 and want to work with a muralist and painter who values both vision and ex*****on, I’d love to connect! Please reach out via email or submit an inquiry through my website linked below.

This room started with basic, white walls and a lot of unrealized potential.

That’s where I stepped in. 😉

We began with digital mockup designs to establish color, flow, and how the mural would wrap across three walls and the ceiling. That early planning and design phase gave the project clarity before any paint went up.

On site, I chose to freehand the mural, leaving room for small, thoughtful adjustments as the design moved from screen to space. Working through these repeated shapes and patterns requires focus, and I find myself fully immersed in the intuitive painting process once the flow set in.

Next up are second coats to build opacity and richness, followed by floral details, finishing touches, + a few custom details on a very cute play structure so everything feels connected.

What was once white and bare is becoming a kid’s playroom that feels intentional, cohesive, and ready for imagination and everyday life! 🌼

It is so meaningful and honestly a big honor to paint artwork that lives permanently in a client’s home. This stairway mural was designed to bring a quiet sense of joy and presence to a space that was feeling a little too empty. 🌾

Soft blooms, gentle lines, and wisps of movement weave their way around the walls of this stairway. It was an intentionally designed to be subtle enough to live with, yet expressive enough to shift the energy of the room.

I love creating murals that meet people where they are and adds a bit of joy to the places they move through the most. 🙏🏻😌✨

If you’re curious about bringing a moment like this into your own home, you’re always welcome to reach out.

I just wrapped up an exciting project at Maine Pilates - nine mural moments + four areas of hand lettering throughout their studio. This one kept me on my toes, juggling color palettes, wall compositions, and details across multiple zones. 🙃

Designing and painting each area individually was a rewarding challenge. Seeing everything click together with their brand identity, palette, and visual rhythm was especially satisfying.

Maine Pilates offers inclusive, expert Pilates instruction for all body types and levels. If you’re in the Brunswick area, I hope you’ll stop by and see how these spaces connect in person!

On Saturday, October 4 (12–4), I’ll be opening my studio doors for the very first time and I’d love for you to come by! 🌟

Studio No. 3 at 250 Anderson Street has become the heart of my practice: walls splashed with experiments, tables layered with works-in-progress, and the hum of ideas turning into something tangible. 👩🏻‍🎨

This feels like the right moment to share the space where all that creative magic happens. Expect live painting, art for sale, and a chance to step inside the process itself!

And it’s not just me: our whole building will be alive that day. Ceramicists, painters, printmakers, woodworkers, and other makers will be opening their doors, sharing their practices, and inviting creative conversations to connect and inspire. This is truly one of Portland’s hidden gems and worth experiencing in full! 🥳

We’ll also have an open studios map you can take with you. Collect stamps as you wander through each space and at the end you’ll receive a small token for exploring.

My hope is that you’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and more connected to creativity and community. Come hang, wander, and spend the day with us! ✨

I am excited to share my third commission for at 66 Cove Street in Portland, Maine!

The goal for this mural was to expand on the existing visual identity at Belleflower and create a bold piece with flowing floral and ornamental motifs. ✨🌷

We timed the installation with the East Bayside Block Party, where live painting offered guests a look behind the scenes and added a participatory element to the mural process.

As always, I am so grateful to the Belleflower team for the creative freedom, collaboration, and support on this project!

If you find yourself in East Bayside, stop by for a beer and see the work in person!

Currently working on a new mural for the front of — more color, shape, & fun! Designed to pull people in and connect back to the original mural / botanical folk art aesthetic. 🌷

It means a lot to be back at Belleflower adding another layer to the space! 🙏🏻✨

This summer has been a mix of mural design, hand-painted window signage, and starting with a new painting crew on residential remodels. It’s pushed me to stay adaptable and sharp across different types of painting and design.

I began this project for .shop with one of my go-to brushes, but ended up switching to a narrow Andrew Mack squirrel hair brush to get cleaner edges and more control on the curves. The green + white one-shot paint combo came out of the revision process with the client and it was definitely the right call. It gives the storefront a fresh, slightly retro feel that works perfectly for summer in Maine!

I love when a project is both visually strong and actually works for the space it’s in — that’s the sweet spot!
