The next Community Pulse Series event takes place on 7/27/24 at East Portland Community Center located at 704 SE 106th Ave from 10am-4pm.

If you haven't been to a Community Pulse Series event yet now is the time to come out to this free, interactive, family friendly event designed to connect the black and brown community to in roads to construction careers!!

This is 3v3ryday Grind's third year hosting this event series and this year we are bringing the excitement to the SE Portland community on 7/27/24, as well as the Gresham area 8/24/24. Things you can look forward to at the events are:

*Hands On Construction Workshops
*Youth Solar Workshop: NE STEAM Coalition
*Speed Mentorship w/ construction industry stakeholders
*Kids Zone: Bounce House, Face Painting, Balloon Artist
*Career Exploration Guidance from the City of Portland
*Legal Clinic: Expungement and expunction
*Music, Food and Fun

So very happy to announce that will be joining the roster of Community Partners for the 2024 Community Pulse Series!! This new sponsor will join other construction industry stakeholders such as Andersen Construction, and others, on 6/29, 7/27, and 8/24 at the Community Pulse Series events to have meaningful engagement with the community to increase focused recruitment efforts!! Come out from 11am-5pm and see what all the excitement is about!

Participated in a live broadcast on 5/19/23 for the first time. It was an awesome experience as I was able to represent as a board member of as a union electrician with while standing in front of the building that I attended, wearing and making mention of the 💥💥🤯 talk about a full circle moment!! This was a cool experience on so many levels.
