I, went into this creative endeavor feeling pressure from myself and the world around me to appear very professional, curated and to create a solid “brand”. I think this idea of creating a cohesive, strictly pretty and perfectly worded “content” was stopping me from showing the real process behind these pieces of art. Im not a brand, I’m a chaotic artists that loves to forage, experiment, get my hands dirty, create a mess, try new things. Sometimes these things are ugly but that’s were the real beauty and growth lies for me. I love being my messy little self and problem solving my way into a beautiful piece of art.

The holidays are officially over which means we’ve slowed our roll with creating. But slowed doesn’t mean stopped! I know I’m feeling eager to keep at it whether that is more wreaths, bouquets or whatever other creative endeavors we may explore.
