PENDING!! This baby is still under construction. I started training with Ethan 3 years ago and met his beautiful wife Becca shortly after that. From day one they dreamed of a three car garage for their home gym. We took baby steps and first got them the cutest townhome in OC. They built so much equity that it’s time for an upgrade!! I stopped working on my hand stands for a while to focus on pull-ups and pressing, but getting back into them now and am able to stay up way longer with a lot more power and stability in my shoulders and hands! I just wanna be like 😉!! I ❤️ you!!

When buyers become friends!!! I first met in an open house two years ago and instantly clicked! We started house hunting and closed on a great Milwaukie ranch a few months later. Then I got a call from her friend and her Hubby wanting to buy! I helped them get under contract and close on a house in North Portland. Shortly after that I met there mutual friends Noa and Derek and helped them close on an adorable N Portland home!! This is such a fun group and I’m so glad to have become a part of it.

Just passed my PRINCIPAL BROKER EXAM!!!! This has been a goal of mine for some time now, but fitting in time to study around showings, inspections and open houses was sometimes tricky. This was a big step forward in my career in real estate and I am feeling extremely proud of the accomplishment!

Thank you very much for giving birth to these queens. I used to beat them up but now I love them. 👯‍♀️

It’s been a heck of a month! $4,619,000 closed means a lot of closing gifts. I work by almost 100% refferal and am so grateful for all of my clients for spreading the word. It’s hard to explain how excited I feel when I get a call or a text from someone that starts with “I got your number from.” There are challenges and hard phone calls to make in almost every transaction but there is never a dull moment and I LOVE it.
