DISCO MAMA might be ’s best work. This pink-splattered horror novel is Tiffany Meuret’s fourth book—and it’s got teeth.

Bringing Tiffany’s brutal little masterpiece to life was a group effort supported by Finnegan Editorial .to.dawn.podcast. Amber Finnegan is a phenomenal editor whose insights brought this gem to a high polish.

The book’s cover portrait is the work of photographer and artist Eric Patton . Patton’s elegant-yet-eerie aesthetic and love of analog cameras and lenses were a perfect match for DISCO MAMA.

Most of all, producing DISCO MAMA has been a labor of love. Hope you enjoy reading it as much as we enjoyed making it. Remember when people made analog magic for each other? We think that’s the future, too.

Happy book birthday DISCO MAMA 🪩💋
Author has once again created a novel that is straight up twisted, sticky, and perfectly addictive.

A 40-something mother becomes an underground DJ sensation. Her deranged sense of thrill-seeking seems like an antidote to her boring life and the frustration of raising her 17-year-old daughter. But her passion for spinning records is only part of her new secret life: Disco Mama eats things. It starts with paper, then a stolen earring, then the driver’s license of the 28-year-old creep courting her daughter. The more she eats, the hungrier Disco Mama gets: for fame, freedom, and a sense of her real self. Her appetite spirals out of control until she finally crosses the threshold into cannibalism. Disco Mama is a freaky, pink-spattered horror novel about mothers, daughters, aging, and waking up sick to death of the safety that suburban life offers.
