This brewery is growing on me. Solid beers. This IPA is a nice malty break from all the hazy double milkshake bourbon imperial aged triple classic triple milkshake hazy extra hazy milkshake ipa's that seem to be dominating store shelves these days.
Sometimes a guy just wants a straightforward beer.

Tri tip is such a great and underrated cut of beef. So full of flavor and so easy to make.
Here are a couple of tips for your tri...
Make sure you give it enough time to rest after you've got your desires doneness. The longer the better.
I like hitting 135° F internal temp for a nice med rare. It'll keep warming up whilst it rests after you take it off the heat.
Use the two zone method when cooking it on the grill. Blast it with the high heat, then move it to the low heat area.

This beer smashes it. This easy drinking pale ale is loaded with crisp hip flavor and a light mouth feel. Def a perfect accompaniment to a tasty burger. The can art is kinda cool too.

Thinly sliced steak, american cheese, grilled onions, mayo, seeded baguette (and hot cherry peppers but I got mine without)

And herbed fries.

I love lardo's fries. And this simple sandwich was just so yummy. Hit the spot for sure.

This is a yummy beer. Crushable. Drink it. In a world full of hazy ideas it pays to be clear.

This is a pretty big beer. Sweet, hoppy, clean. Like it's smaller cousins it's a great beer that's hella consistent.

Yup this a good beer. Floral, clean and bright but the malt is not lost. It's not as crushable as some so I wouldn't be buying a keg but a can of two is the right stuff.

This is so yummy. Citrus, pineapple, hazy goodness. This beer is crisp, clean and refreshing. I highly recommend this beer. Can't wait to try more from Radiant.

I dig Rubens brews. This beer tho was a bit lack luster. Def drinkable but not gonna blow your mind or your taste buds away. Slightly fruity. Light on the mouth feel. Easy drinking.

This IPA is yum. Like yum yum. But it's Breakside so I'd be surprised if it wasn't. Those guys are so super consistent in making great beer.
