🌱 Mistakes are part of the making process, and at the Tool School we encourage kids to try, fail, and try again. Guided by experienced makers, students practice safe tool protocols, develop spatial awareness, and gain confidence as they learn to expand their tool use and technique.

Our curriculum includes hands‑on work with hammers, screwdrivers, pliers, basic mechanics, and simple electronics, all within a mask‑required, inclusive setting that welcomes aides and honors neurodivergent and q***r youth.

🤝 At The Tool School we build more than projects—we build community.

Throughout the year, students collaborate on deconstruction and reconstruction challenges, learning to take apart engines, fix bikes, and re‑assemble creations together.

Our STEAM‑based units weave art and design into every lesson: patterning, composition, and texture work with hammers 🛠️, nails, and metal‑stamping tools. The environment is mask‑required, aide‑friendly, and celebrates diverse identities and neurotypes.
