The heat is here. Come by and cool off with our Hazelnut Hiyashi cold ramen (vegan) for a limited time: summer only. You can add any protein if you choose.

Tokyo broth (light chicken and pork bone broth) with a special delicate shio (sea salt) and lemon tare (flavoring) that is topped with charred bok choy, bean sprouts, diced and seared chicken chasu, chili paste, cilantro and seasame chili oil.

I’ll bet you feel cooler just reading that!

It’s the 4th of July and we are open regular hours all weekend. Celebrate with a bowl that conjures up the thought of fireworks!!

Today is a doubly special day. We are adding our yearly summer Hazelnut Hiyashi Cold Ramen to the menu and introducing a brand new member of our family; Tokyo Summer Citrus Ramen.
