Saw this beauty while showing a home and it gave us a good chuckle. It looked so much wider in person. I mean, that’s one way to do it… from personal experience, I feel like they probably had teenage boys 😅
For non fridge related reasons, we’re under contract on a different home 🤣

Six months ago rates were lower… but buyers oftentimes had to outbid someone to get that home they wanted! Today, you’ve got higher rates, but it’s much easier to have an offer at or even below list price accepted. Take a look at the difference in payment when comparing buying now to six months ago!

So incredibly happy to announce that my buyers are under contract on this one of a kind home they’ve been eyeing for 3 months. The journey was a long road with lots of twists and turns, but it all works out eventually… can’t wait to close on this beauty🤍
