A couple new coffees up on the site for y’all - including this very delicious and buttery washed Gesha.

I’ve bought the naturally processed version of this coffee the last couple years & it’s so popular with the wholesale friends that it hasn’t even made the website for y’all. That’s my b.

BUT. 2026 is our year though❤️ He’s getting (marginally) smarter. Bought plenty to go around this time. I hope y’all enjoy😌

This year’s holiday blend is meant to represent everything that 2025 was not. Comfy. Cozy. Inviting.

We’ve blended two coffees from Guatemala - a beautiful and balanced Gesha & a unique but grounded Red Bourbon. Together, they’re tasting incredibly sweet and sugary. Reminds me of white hot chocolate, peppermint bark, and watching movies in pajamas.

We wanted our holiday packaging to be a bold & inclusive expression of the season. We hope you find a piece of your traditions represented.

Happy holidays,

From our sunday to yours

🍇 🍇Celebrating the end of summer by sharing this Grape Co-Ferment with y’all 🍇🍇

From Finca Monteblanco, it’s produced by (also have his Watermelon co fermy up rn too) - more stellar work from him and his team.

I get really big Grape Kool-Aid/grape soda vibes. Makes an incredible cold brew/iced coffee - so I recommend celebrating the last of the warm weather with it while we can :)

Just released a very limited coffee & wanted to share it w yall! It’s a washed Geisha from one of the most prestigious farms in Panama. I have such a limited amount that I’m offering it as a 6oz box.

Janson Farms consistently produces some of the most yummy and beautiful coffees that you’ll come across. You’ll often see them placing near the top in the infamous Best of Panama and used by baristas worldwide in competitions. The lot I picked out for y’all is stunning. It’s elegant. Beautiful. A traditional geisha profile with lots of florals and citrus. This coffee isn’t loud. It’s subtle but presents all it’s flavors with lots of clarity. No pressure to grab a box, but just wanted to give y’all the chance to!

🥣 CTC is baaaaaaack 🥣

The people’s champ. Allegedly voted best cereal adjacent co-ferment coffee in its class by JD Power & associates.

This is a blend of 40% Cinnamon Co-Ferment by & 60% Brazil Natural. Balanced. Creamy. Sweet. It tastes like cereal milk and cinnamon sugar.

Happy summer 😌☀️☕️

☀️Thailand Hua Chang Yeast Ferment☀️

Sooooo nice, had to bring it back twice (and many more years to come).

This coffee goes under two separate fermentations - first with red wine yeast, and then white wine yeast. The result is a super juicy cup - reminds me of apples, sangria, and OJ.

Ethiopia Huke Banko Gotiti Natural

** limited run **

This coffee was an unexpected addition to the menu but I’m so glad I get to share this w yall! It’s an Ethiopia natural from the Testi Coffee (bangers only) with lots of red fruit. Raspberry. Cherry. Velvety texture. Maybe the smoothest coffee I’ve had through SCP in a minute. V drinkable.

Grab it while you can over the next week or two!

Enjoy ☀️☕️
