Today’s the day- brunch on the rooftop kicks off at 11am and we’ll be serving until it’s gone. On the menu: raw oysters with pique mignonette, broiled oysters with criolla sauce and bacon crumb, an al pastor steamer with pernil, mojo, piña and toast points, shrimp cocktail with tomatillo cocktail sauce, seared scallop aguachile, and a smoked salmon BLT with lemon aioli.
