Beer belly was NOT on my bingo card especially since I didn’t drink beer. But, yep that was me.

All laughing aside, most days I felt like crying.

I didn’t know how to get rid of it or the 25+ pounds that came out of nowhere.

Diets and exercise didn’t work.

Low carb and fasting did nothing.

I tried all the supplements, complicated protocols, expensive testing. Nothing worked.

Over 20 years in healthcare didn’t prepare me for the drama that happened once I hit perimenopause at age 45.

I was a mess.

I had to go back to school for nutritional therapy, study hormones and menopause before I got answers to even help myself.

I lost the belly fat, drastically improved my body composition, regained control over my hormones that were wrecking my sleep, energy and sanity.

Day 3 of Project Pancake B***y. No signs of peaches yet though πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Day 3 added hip thrusts to the routine thanks to the many helpful tips I received from you butt builders out there!

Hopefully I’m going to see some budlets sprout soon for at least some baby πŸ‘

We shall see if I can overcome my long line of genetic pancake butts and finally build a JLo at age 54 πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ🏻
