Since Vicki joined the party as an Engineer two years ago, Brainium has leveled up: we're more efficient, better communicators, and stronger “owners” of our work. Now, as an Engineering Manager, she leads with trust, radical optimism, and a deep commitment to making Brainium a place where we can all do our best work. Vicki takes responsibility for our shared success, challenges the status quo, and continually proves the value of beautiful design.

We’re unbelievably fortunate to have her. She's a great leader, an incredible teammate, and (almost) unmatched at stomping fools in Marvel Rivals and League of Legends.

GAME JAM 2025: In just one week, our teams went from concept to design and developed brand-new mobile games, and the results were incredible! The studio is still buzzing with pride after watching ideas come to life with creativity, teamwork, and lightning-fast ex*****on. Every game was fueled by passion, ownership, and just the right dose of friendly competition. Seeing everyone showcase and celebrate their work was the perfect Game Jam finale!

After wrapping up our quarterly planning, our team jumped into a hands-on BRAINstorming workshop to explore fresh concepts and streamline how we work when it comes to designing games. From bold ideas to practical improvements, collaboration and creativity were in full swing!
