Another house that will never look the same! We added the dormer last winter and now it’s time to add a 22x22 addition to this house on Cousins Island in Yarmouth. The first day of the dig is the most exciting!

We renovated this adorable 12’x12’ beach cottage recently with added insulation, new hot water tank, shiplapped walls, LVP flooring, new sink, countertop, toilet and a custom closet still to come!

This week, the guys are working their magic on this dangerously rotten side porch. The demo had to be the most satisfying part of all of this. Because of the rot, the whole roof system and columns just crumbled to bits.
