Welcome to Throw Back Thursdays! Every Other Thursday we will be looking at different parts of the life of Darcey LaPier, her career, and the difference she has made in the world.

Darcey LaPier Fell in love with Barrel Racing in Rodeos when she first saw it at a St. Paul Rodeo with her father as a young woman. When she moved back to Oregon in the early 2000's she decided to throw herself into her new love of Rodeo. After very intensive training she started winning pretty early on. When the Hit TV "Show Rodeo Girls" came around she was a perfect choice to not only produce the show, but be the main character as well. Darcey is a very proud and strong woman who is not only proud of her humble roots from Oregon, but firmly believes in hard work and it shows.
