People keep asking me “how’s the campaign going?” And frankly I have no idea so remember to vote (for me) on Tuesday! We have one shot to make sure we don’t take any half steps on ensuring our government makes sense. You shouldn’t need a law degree or have to read the Press Herald front to back everyday in order to understand how decisions are made.✌️

Great evening in Libbytown chatting with Portlanders about the Charter Commission election on June 8. I’m running to make sure we have a government that’s representative of everyone who lives here.
I’m most excited about the to opportunity to make our districts smaller and more neighborhood-centric. It has a ton of added benefits aside from just making sense and being a good thing for local democracy. It would allow people to get involved who otherwise wouldn’t (or couldn’t), ensure representatives live in the neighborhood they represent, and likely make campaigns cheaper. VOTE JUNE 8!

I look forward to collaborating with future commissioners on the complex issues our city faces. Vote June 8, or now!

Thank you, April! Looking forward to serving with these good folks - remember to vote June 8!
I've had the opportunity to chat with many of the at large candidates for the Charter Commission, and I'm very pleased to offer my support to these folks. Each brings a unique perspective, lived experience, and a deep commitment to including community in city decisions. (The ballot will be ranked choice - I've not listed these in any particular order!)

I'm so honored to receive the support of Portland City Councilor April Fournier!

Have ice cream will...campaign on increasing representation! Great day listening to Portlanders on Peaks Island. With smaller, neighborhood districts we can increase accessibility for everyone in Portland. The issues those face on Peaks are often (perhaps many times over!) different than those on, say, Munjoy Hill. Get in touch with our campaign and learn other ways opening up the charter can make a government that works for all Portlanders. ✌️
