It goes without saying that Ryan Adams & his family are at the pinnacle of artists in Greater Portland. They’ve completed work at Maine’s famous LL Bean Freeport location, a litany of prominent structures spanning the North East, and countless local business here in Portland, a place where he and his family reside. He’s known for a style of mural that depicts a hidden message within his own signature geometric style of work, something he has become synonymous with. Not only are murals a speciality of his, he’s got a wonderful team, including his amazing wife Rachel, who has also developed her own quilt like mural style playing an instrumental role in everything they’ve accomplished. Ryan has wrapped countless businesses with his signature geometric style artwork; from restaurants, schools, train cars, to entire gas stations and everything in between. In addition to that, he’s created outstanding works of all kind, all with positive messages, on a scale that can be seen from what seems like miles away. Ryan has also created a community mural project called the ‘Piece Together Project’, which celebrates and highlights people in his community, further showing his dedication to bettering our city via timeless beautiful art. On top of it all, Ryan is humble, has a beautiful family whom are all involved in his work, and has shown a deep appreciation for every opportunity he’s been offered since the beginning. Something that continues to prove what a generous and kind person he truly is by always surprising our community with something new.
