This seasonal five-course experience begins with a new summer kobachi featuring king salmon sashimi, Pacific albacore ponzu carpaccio, dashi tomato, miso dengaku tofu, octopus karaage, chilled eggplant, and poached chicken with green beans.⁠

The menu continues with grilled eel, a summertime favorite in Japan, chilled chawanmushi, corn kakiage served with tentsuyu dipping sauce and matcha salt, and snow-aged noodles from Japan paired with rotating nigiri. To finish, enjoy vegan matcha ice cream, seasonal Anmitsu, and a hand-brewed cup of tea.⁠
