Last February, we produced our first tribute show to honor the late, great, J Dilla (aka Jay Dee ). Now back for round two, .band is returning to on February 2nd, to pay tribute to the legendary producer and rapper with an even greater splash! Rose Tinted puts on a live hip-hop show like you haven't seen before, mixing in classic samples with live drums, bass, and turntables. And for a show of this magnitude it's only fitting they bring in even more incredible talent homies, featuring world touring artist and producer, on keys, and MC to front the group! Come watch us group bring Dilla's music to life in a way you haven't seen before, as we take classic tracks from his catalog and reimagine them with live, organic instrumentation. If you’re a Dilla fan you’re not going to want to miss this special annual tribute show. His influence as one of hip hop’s greatest creative minds cannot be overstated. Eugene!!! We’re coming to play in your town next Friday, October 20th at .live. This will be our first time playing in Eugene and we can’t wait to introduce ourselves to y’all. What if I told y’all that our next Portland show is going to be one of the final shows at the OG !!! On Thursday, September 21st, we are bringing the most outrageous beat bill to y’all that we could have possibly dreamt up. We have been sitting on this one for a minute and we’re so excited to finally announce that we will be sharing the night with and featuring our homie . There will be a lot of collabs and sit ins so you’re not going to want to miss this one! In fact, if you do, we don’t really know what to say to you 🤷🏻‍♂️.
