Custom European style cakes My cakes are not your standard “layer-frosting-layer-decorations” cakes. To each their own and those cakes definitely have a place.

I see a lot of cakes at parties that serve as a favorite character display/candle vehicle that don’t actually get eaten. Think of my cakes as a luscious dessert, made with excellent ingredients and decorated with fresh fruit and berries or homebaked cookies. My cakes are light and airy, flavorful but not overly sweet, they melt in your mouth and make you want seconds. Order one of my cakes for a special occasion, enjoy each slice and picture yourself in a European pastry shop.

Dear customers:

Baking delicious cakes is one of my favorite hobbies that for the last 2 years turned into a small business. I’ve enjoyed baking for you but even more so chatting and connecting with you during a cake pickup.

I am still holding a dream of running a small Maine bakery in my heart but this is not the right time for me and my family to jump into that venture. Perhaps in the future.

For now, after 2 wonderful years of baking I am taking a break and switching professional gears. I will no longer take orders but feel free to continue following my account for my cake creations for the family. I also might occasionally offer a cake for sale.
