It took a year. But WOW 😍
This adorable 1890's little cottage had the life brought back to her. We completely transformed her. She's the best looking gal on the block now!!

Landscape is almost complete!!
This house will be fully furnished in about 2 to 3 weeks!!

We've run into so many obstacles with this project 🤪

Slowly this cute little cottage is coming together 🏡

So happy to finally have this house go live for a short term rental!
Within 5 minutes of going live, it was fully booked through the end of the year!

I just love this feature I created in the huge walk in closet of this vacation rental!!
You don't have to trek down the stairs to the kitchen to get your coffee in the morning or to have a lovely glass of wine on the balcony off the main bedroom in the evening!!

We will be closing on our second house deal before the end of the month!

So excited to be closing tomorrow on this little gem, boy o boy did we get a good deal!!!! I've already drawn up the new floor plan, contractors are ready to start next week!
