P.O.E. is gearing up for our fourth year of summer camp, and it's shaping up to be our best summer yet!
With new games and activities made available daily, twice weekly field trips to other playgrounds, state parks, libraries, and more, new equipment, snacks, and so, so, so much more, we're unspeakably excited for the coming summer!!

Generously, we were donated many, many, many books a while back. Some of them were a bit young for the age ranges we work with, though, so we decided to wheel the books we couldn't keep around the neighborhood and fill the little free libraries with them!

On Monday, May 25th, PPS will be taking the day off in observance of Memorial Day. Portland Outdoor Explorers will be hosting our full-day camp from 8:30am to 5:30pm at our usual location of Rose City Park. This will be the last PPS No-School Day before the end of the 2025-2026 school year, and we’re planning to make it a day worth remembering!

We had an incredible day hanging out with .pdx at the park today! Nicole taught us how to make chalk paint by crushing chalk and mixing it with water. We were able to make some beautiful sidewalk paintings with her and her group.
We're always excited to see The Art Room and make new friends and new art together!
