Do you already have plans for the second half, and how to bring this year to a stellar (and maybe underwater) conclusion..?

😲: what even is that thing?!?
🧠: the siphons of piddock clams (i.e. rough piddocks); the clams itself are borrowed into the clay near this shore in Hoodsport, Washington and these siphons are extended so it can both feed and "breathe"

In case you ever ask yourself how important a good underwater flashlight might be... 🔦

I could see (👀) my dive buddy using ambient light, but he could see every detail of this underwater feature (🪸) with his flashlight!

(to when I thought I needed to pack special bags for my first weekend of camping and ) 🏕 + 🤿

Now I know the value of:
- watertight bins (sold by e.g. Home Depot)
- big duffel-type bags (e.g. the iconic blue bag from Ikea)
- tarps, tarps, tarps

🤔 why do you see (many) wear their masks around their neck..? Well, I personally have several reasons!

✋️- to keep my hand free for carrying other things
🤿- so I don't drop/ lose it
😩- to avoid looking like the stereotypical "diver in distress"
😎- because I look cool (?)

A good silhouette never ceases to take my breath away 📸🤩
