Here's another AI manufactured image, stealing the style off no less than Norman Rockwell. The image on the left was made by a environmental non profit using Norman Rockwell's "Freedom Of Speech" as a prompt. This behavior is immoral, unethical, illegal and must stop. I spoke with the Executive Director of offending non-profit and after hearing my rationale and appeal, agreed to take the image off their website. Kudos to him. Nevertheless, I would urge you to share this with your friends to help increase awareness of this growing problem.

We were delighted to have hosted one of our favorite illustrators Yuko Shimizu at illustration institute's MAZZA Studio. Yuko was the commencement speaker at MECA&D's graduation. Thanks to Mary Anne Lloyd for making this... and that happen!

Giving away some my drawing tricks to a talented and enthusiastic bunch of artists at the PMA yesterday.

Liza Donnelly interviewed by Heather Cox Richardson after the screening of the excellent documentary, WOMEN LAUGHING, produced by Liza and Kathleen Hughes. The film stars New Yorker cartoonists Sarah Akinterinwa, Roz Chast, Liana Finck, Emily Flake, Amy Hwang, Bishakh Som and... Liz Donnelly. We're thinking a summer screening at Illustration Institute perhaps? Stay tuned.
