A real estate transaction can have so many twists and turns over the course of weeks and months. Even though I do it everyday, it can hard to see the forest through the trees sometimes. Playing catch-up. Things are happening!

Sold in Salem!!

This was a tricky out-of-town deal that took a fair amount of finessing. We had three contingent sales stacked on top of one another. The buyers were coming from LA and the sellers were off to Texas. Almost miraculously, it all worked out!

It goes to show that even the most complicated scenarios are possible to get through.
