Black Beans 101.
Black beans help to maintain healthy bone structure and strength, thanks to the iron, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, manganese, copper, and zinc they contain.
Per the National Nutrient Database, a cup of cooked black beans provides almost 16g of protein, and phytonutrients that possess antioxidant properties.
