🚨Attention Michigan Cannabis Operators🚨
ProCanna keeps an eye on fines and shares trends so our clients and prospects are informed and proactive.
Over the last 4 quarters, the Michigan CRA has been actively enforcing regulations and issuing fines for non-compliance. Although METRC non-compliance continues to lead the list in total fines, these fines are seeing the biggest jump this recent quarter:
💵 Non-Compliance with BFS Requirements
💵 Non‐Compliant Waste Disposal
💵 Surveillance / Security Issues
Stay informed and stay compliant! 💪🌿

Every year on July 10th, the community observes National Dab Day, or "710".
710 is the second-most popular cannabis holiday (after 420) because of its close association with cannabis products and culture.
Why 710? The term OIL, which is used to describe very strong cannabis products like live resin, shatter, and wax, looks similar to the number 710 when turned upside down.
Regulations about concentrates frequently change. Don’t rely on old information. Find a way to stay up to date on the latest legislation and regulatory changes in your state.
We can help!
Our industry-leading software eliminates the guesswork and stress involved in staying up to date. We let you know when there are legislation and regulatory changes that apply to your facility types(s) and states(s). Stay current and sleep better knowing your business is covered!

We know the professional (and personal) struggles of staying up to date and in compliance with regulatory requirements and maturing internal policies and procedures.
ProCanna is about people - cannabis teams. We make sure the people on your teams know how to do their job, which rules and company procedures they need to follow, how to let them know when a rule or procedure has changed. With ProCanna, you can track employee activity and use the information to prove compliance or retrain as necessary.
