This year began with one ingredient; our house-made strawberry purée, and unfolded into a full spectrum of flavors, from soft and sweet to bright, tangy and deep.

Every piece plays a part in the journey.

We may have a small number of boxes available for non-members.

And a note from my heart:
our final Confection Collection at this scale will be April 15.

Made with Randall’s Orchard apple cider, reduced into a syrup and folded into butter caramel, layered with white chocolate cheesecake ganache.

It’s fall’s answer to rainy-day blues. 🍎
