I connect with a good many of my Realtor friends on Facebook so I guess this is the place to put this information.

I have never had to cancel a pending inspection so this is difficult. But I broke my ankle yesterday and I will not be walking a property in the next week or three. I had to call several realtors / clients and ask them to reschedule with another Inspector.

When I’m back on my feet, I hope you all will continue to use my services.

And the drywall screws were fully 3 inches long and embedded in the framing!

I was gonna power through the weather, until this happened!

Guy across the street knows the house is empty and needed power.
