❗️BURN BAN IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY❗️

County Judge Mark Keough has issued a disaster declaration to prohibit all outdoor burning. This ban is in addition to the year-round law that prohibits burning of household trash in Montgomery County.

This order takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 until further notice.
