Requirements:
✔ Previous construction cleaning experience is required.
✔ Must provide proof of General Liability Insurance and/or Workers' Compensation coverage.
✔ Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.
✔ Must own professional-grade cleaning equipment and supplies.
✔ Must be dependable, punctual, and able to meet project deadlines.
✔ Must be available to start immediately.

What You'll Be Cleaning:
• New construction homes • Custom homes • Remodels • Final cleans • Touch-up cleans • Model homes

This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential.

Your role:
✅️ Network with local businesses and identify those needing office cleaning services.
✅️Introduce them to Dynamic Cleaning Crew LLC.
✅️ Schedule a consultation with the business owner or decision-maker.

Our role:
✅ We handle the consultation.
✅ We provide the quote.
✅ We close the sale.

How you get paid:
Commission is paid after your client pays their first invoice.
You'll also receive an additional bonus when that client has remained with us for 6 consecutive months.

🧼 AS NEEDED POSITION
Perfect for someone who:
✔ Wants extra income
✔ Needs flexible work
✔ Is looking to fill gaps in their schedule

✨ WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Team cleanings ONLY (2-4 cleaners per team)
• No solo cleans
• Weekly pay
• Residential + Airbnb cleanings
• Weekend availability is a HUGE plus

Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Responsible for your own fuel/travel
• Responsible for your own vaccum/mopped/bucket -

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a guaranteed set weekly schedule. Hours will vary based on bookings and workload. If you need a fixed weekly schedule, this position may not be the best fit.
