I was trying to bless Cynthia Josephine with this cake, but in turn, she was the one that blessed me! So thankful to have such inspirational people like her in my life! Dark chocolate ganache with all edible handmade fondant decorations.

I just finished binge watching Stranger Things! But before that, I created this epic cake for super cool fans Pilar and her son - they got me hooked!
Red velvet cake with cookies and cream cheese filling iced and decorated with chocolate ganache and Italian meringue buttercream. Hand poured chocolate figures, all edible hand cut and modeled fondant decorations with real Eggo waffles!

White velvet real Tahitian vanilla bean cake filled with strawberries and cream and "watercolored" with real buttercream with a candy ganache pour over. All handmade and piped fondant decorations.

What girl doesn't like pink leopard print?!? Audrey will do anything to bless somebody and I love that about her! These floral baby shower cuties are my classic real Tahitian vanilla bean butter cookies with hand lettering - and are a huge 4-5"! Do you think the animal print trend will still be on point for a while?

It’s always a happy day when my fresh vanilla beans come in! My most prized ingredient - I use them in ALL my creations. 💰$$$ these 2 beans cost more than all the rest of my batter ingredients together!
