We're so happy to welcome patrons back to the Porter Ranch Branch!

Things are almost back to normal.
For now, the branch is open:
Monday 10:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.
Tuesday 12:30 P.M. - 7:30 P.M.
Wednesday 10:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.
Thursday 12:30 P.M. - 7:30 P.M
Friday 10:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.

Masks are required of all patrons over the age of 2.

Patrons are asked to limit their time in the branch to one hour.

Summer is officially here and the kids are looking to be entertained. Our very popular summer Humane Education Library program is off and running. Aimed at 4 to 9 year-olds, the program, through a combination of puppets, interaction, Q&A, songs and coloring, shows kids how to treat animals, be safe around them, the importance of spaying and neutering and the human-animal bond. We will be updating the locations as they come up.
This week, our Humane Education Coordinator will be at:
Wed., June 22 10:30 a.m. Los Angeles Public Library, Porter Ranch Branch and
Thurs., June 23, 6:00 p.m. Sylmar Branch Library, Los Angeles Public Library
