Most people think reflexology is a foot massage. 🦶 It's not. It's so much more.

As a skilled and Board Certified Reflexologist, I use specific thumb and finger-walking techniques that stimulate the nerves in your feet and hands. This naturally activates the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing you into a deep state of relaxation -- so your body can balance itself and heal faster. 🌿

I observe the tissue, noticing what's crunchy, what's tight, and what's tender - and know what corresponding part of the body each area relates to. I see the foot reflexology chart on your feet and "read" it like a map.

I adjust each session to meet the needs of each client, tayloring it to support specific body systems - such as endocrine or digestive. No two sessions are the same, because no two people are.💛

Both fear and faith ask you to believe something about the future - you might as well choose to believe in something good. 🌿

You can either live in fear or choose to live from a place of faith - trusting that the Universe is conspiring in your favor, that your higher power has got your back, and that you deserve good things...so good will come to you. 🤍

But choosing faith isn't always easy. If we have experienced trauma or adversity, our nervous systems often get stuck in fear -- our brains become wired to look for danger and prepare for it.
