Hey All, I haven’t really taken new clients in almost a year (had a full load), but I’m ready to take on 2-3 new athletes ready to reach new goals through personalized training. I take middle school through adult runners, mid-distance through marathoners.

The little lady in the middle just smoked the 5 minute barrier with a 4:58 in the mile! But she wasn’t done! She came back with a 10:36 in the two mile to earn all state honors! Two big PR’s on the biggest of stages! The gentleman on the right walked away from the competition to earn the D2 individual title in the 3200m! His 9:07.2 was the fastest time of the day in all divisions! Big congrats to two great kids!

Eckstein Named B1G Freshman of Year Curt Eckstein was unanimously voted the Big Ten Men’s Cross Country Freshman of the Year, the conference office announced.
