For the past two seasons, Josh has been a key player in our business development lineup, helping carry the Omega brand into the community and building new connections wherever he goes. Whether he's networking, visiting local businesses, or sharing the Omega story, Josh brings enthusiasm to every interaction.
When he's off the clock, Josh enjoys road-tripping with his wife to discover new zoos, state parks, and local restaurants. He's also a serious contender in the trivia leagues, thanks to an impressive knowledge of cars, professional wrestling, and classic arcade games.
Thank you, Josh, for two outstanding years of building relationships, creating opportunities, and proudly wearing the Omega jersey. Here's to many more winning seasons ahead!

Our friends at General Agency Company know that the way to our hearts is through our stomachs. Today, Chanin and Emily stopped by our office and treated our entire team to a pizza party as a thank-you for years of partnership, support, and friendship. To the delight of many, Chanin also brought her homemade toffee bark and peanut butter cookies—a tradition she’s generously shared with us throughout the years.

Today’s gathering was filled with laughter, stories, hugs, and even a few tears as we reflected on a partnership that has meant so much to all of us. Thank you, Chanin, Emily, and the entire General Agency family for today’s thoughtful gesture, and for the trust, friendship, and partnership you’ve shared with us over the years.

Congratulations to Ryan Smitchger, Inventory Clerk, on his three-year workiversary with Omega.

From preparing new equipment for deployment, to managing loaner devices, or coordinating repairs, Ryan keeps Omega's inventory game running strong and our clients supplied with the technology they need.

When he's not managing the equipment lineup, you'll find him exploring D&D and Pathfinder worlds, snowboarding in the winter, or sharpening his longsword skills through HEMA fencing.

As a Help Desk Technician, Greg has proven to be a true MVP, continuously demonstrating hard work, patience, problem solving and team spirit!

Off the court, you'll find him riding his motorcycle, spending time with family, or working on programming projects, including a DNS solution that combines caching performance with advanced filtering capabilities.

We had a blast at the PohlCat Golf Course for the Michigan PIA annual Golf Outing! ⛳ It was great catching up with so many friends and partners from the insurance industry and sharing plenty of laughs and conversations along the way.
