Great day for the Antwerp Township Senior Services luncheon. I met with local seniors, sharing information about dementia navigation services offered by SilverTree Memory Partners and introduced the CareLink360 Digital Health Companion. The need for these services to better support the unique needs of seniors with dementia are reinforced by the people I meet every time I’m blessed to attend community events.
