Ever feel like you are spinning too many plates? It’s great to be busy and have a full schedule, but when you feel the plates start to fall, it’s time to put one down. ⚖️ After much deliberation, I am going to be stepping back from my weekly yoga class at Flow Yoga. Yoga is and always will be a part of my life and teaching is in my soul, so I know this isn’t the “last class” at all; it’s just a little pause on the routine. Join me tonight from 6-7 for some yoga and laughs before my little hiatus from scheduled yoga classes. Keep your eyes open for pop up yoga classes now and then; you can’t keep this girl away from teaching yoga for too long!! 😉

Particularly when it comes to helping my kid with her Honors Geometry. 🧮📐 Luckily, she’s a smartie pants and doesn’t need much support other than a second opinion on some questions. We do the problems at the same time and then compare answers and I’ve only cheated off her a couple times. Don’t forget yoga tonight from 6-7!! If we get all our work done, I may even be bringing my musical side-kick. As always, school staff and students are just $5 a class.

First week of school is wrapping up. It may have been busy, lines may have been long, busses may have run late, and schedules may have been wonky. But guess what? All that gets worked out! With a little time, patience, and consistency we will have these things running smoothly in no time but let’s talk about the weekend 🥳 Who is ready for Planks than Dranks tomorrow? Let’s meet for some funky fun yoga at 10am followed by a field trip over to for some foodstuffs and well deserved beverages. 🧘‍♀️🍺. Just $10 - grab a friend and lets have some fun.

Happy First Day of School Eve! We are heading into an exciting new school year which means opportunities for setting new habits and routines. Need to add yoga to your self-care routine? Join me every Tuesday from 6-7pm in the studio for an hour of gentle and relaxing yoga. School personnel and students always practice for $5. 😁 Find me this Saturday, August 14th at 10am for a fun, funky yoga flow followed by a field trip next door to for just $10.
