Good morning ya’ll! My pretzel dough failed this morning (over-proofed), probably due to the 91% humidity…Florida, ? 🤷🏻♀️ 🥨
I forgot I live in the “State of Humidity”, & didn’t compensate for it, which can cause dry ingredients like flour, sugar, & salt to absorb extra moisture, which can then lead to overproofed dough. 🏝️
