Thought I would share this high protein breakfast pizza I threw together. Could be eaten
anytime of the day I say.

Carb wise tortilla on bottom
Scrambled 3 eggs, cottage cheese (maybe 1/4 cup) I didn’t measure
Seasoning of choice (mine was garlic herb no salt)
Shredded cheese
Bake at 375 for 15-20min

I had leftover bacon and sprinkled that on top. Also used leftover taco meat on another I made or could put in favorite veggies. Very good and Cooper ate half of this one!

Mark your calendars for a Santa meet & greet + Christmas Mini Market!🎅🏼 Mr. Claus is coming to Ember Health & Wellness Center on Saturday, December 2nd!
•Stop in with the kids to have some cocoa & take photos with Santa while he’s visiting from the North Pole, 3-5pm (no cost)
•Our christmas mini market will begin at 2pm and go until 6pm here in the office!
•Vendors will soon be announced
