A few years ago, I thought I was doing well and living healthy… but looking back, I was drinking way too much and making a lot of poor choices that were holding me back from being the best version of myself.

This year, I turn 30, and I made a promise to myself that I’m going to be in the best shape of my life mentally & physically.

I feel amazing. The weight is coming off, my mindset is stronger, and for the first time in a long time, I truly feel excited about the future.
