My name is Samantha Joslin (Lams) and I enjoy baking. I am the go to girl for my Husband's family when they need a cake made.
I am using this as an online portfolio. I am still trying out different recipes for my cakes, whatever a person requests I will make. I have made chocholate, vanilla, cherry-almond, and carrott cakes withchocholate butter cream, vanilla butter cream, cherry butter cream, and cream cheese frosting. If anyone would want me to do a cake for them all they need to do is ask.

Today I had the privilege of making my bosses wedding cake. It is a naked vanilla bean cake filled with Bavarian cream decorated with fresh blueberries, black berries, sage, and artificial tree blossoms.
