Ryan started with us 15 years ago in another business division before quickly finding his way to The L**e Connection as an oil change technician. From day one, he showed a strong work ethic and a drive to improve, and it didn’t take long for that to shine through. Through hard work and dedication, Ryan worked his way up from technician to manager, and ultimately to General Manager.
Ryan truly embodies what it means to earn it. He started at the ground level and built his career step by step, always putting in the effort and leading by example.
Over the years, he has shown an unwavering commitment not only to The L**e Connection, but to our incredible customers. For Ryan, customer service isn’t just part of the job — it’s THE priority. He takes pride in what he does and treats this business like it’s his own.
