The United States has officially been awarded the 2027 UIM Jet Sprint World Championship — a major milestone for the sport and for the continued growth of professional sprint boat racing nationwide. Through the partnership between the American Power Boat Association (APBA) and the global governing body UIM, this championship will bring the world’s top jet sprint teams together on American soil for an elite international competition.

At ASBR, we’re proud to be part of the momentum helping elevate jet sprint racing to new heights. This announcement reflects years of dedication from racers, crews, officials, promoters, sponsors, and fans who continue pushing the sport forward every season.
