Truth be told, I’m not a materialistic type of person. Personally, I don’t follow trends, and I typically have no desire for acquiring big brand names and fashion labels. I don’t go with the flow just because the narrative says so. I’m not a puppet on a string, nor a sheep following the herd. I enjoy embracing my individuality and uniqueness.

Why would I want to be like everyone else? So and so has a judgmental opinion of what’s hot and what’s not. Hollywood and the music industry strive for making everyone follow their lead. Biased social media and advertisers brainwash the masses into thinking that having some expensive label is the only way to live, and if you can’t afford it, you’re not worthy.

With that being said, I do admit I have a slight loyalty to Roxy Brand flip flops. Okay, okay, it’s not actually an obsession, because I currently only own one pair; it’s more of a loyalty to them! I get the pair that I want and I wear them until the soles wear out. No other shoe can carry me through this journey of life like my beloved Roxy flip flops. My toes enjoy their freedom just as much as I enjoy being free from the puppeteers who have the majority of society dangling on their strings.

Self Starting Entrepreneur who is offering my creativity, talents, and skills to anyone seeking assistance. Need a fresh outlook? I’m creative, a scholar, a personal/online assistant (prior office assistant and consultant), content writer, creative writer, sometimes a critic but always blatantly honest, a content creator, photographer, a multifaceted artist, photography and videography editor, a peer advocate, and more. I just have daily challenges that I face but I’m still able to positively make an impact and good impression with my skills.

I’m a Disabled/Single (Resilient) Female.
Due to my disabilities, I have been unable to work since deemed disabled in 2020; but I don’t believe in giving up. I believe in rising above all odds. So, I have had this idea about becoming a remote (work from home and online) freelancer for about two years. Twice it has flopped because I have no network connections. This is my third attempt at trying to put myself out there and build a community up for myself and others like me. This third time will be the lucky charm! I’m speaking that positivity into existence because I think we all deserve an equal chance to shine bright!

If you are interesting, or could at LEAST be so kind to share this with others (because someone knows someone who knows someone that could use some freelance work somewhere), I would greatly appreciate your support.

Life isn’t easy living on a bare minimum disability income and the wealthy and powerful aren’t making it any easier on those disabled. We’re disabled NOT DEAD and in my opinion, I think that working from home, on my own schedule setting deadlines my body can handle, controlling my own workload (even if it’s just one task/project at a time being done as a personal assistance for someone in need) would be a helpful contribution for both parties involved.
